Account Coordinator

Rescue Agency is a full-service advertising agency based in Los Angeles, specializing in behavior change marketing campaigns across 35+ states. As an Account Coordinator, I serve as the primary day-to-day client contact across integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring everything from strategy to execution runs smoothly.

At Rescue Agency, I work across multiple projects, from managing large-scale experiential events and sports media partnerships to overseeing video and broadcast productions, handling client communications, supporting social media, and keeping the behind-the-scenes operations running.

Client Management

A big part of what I do is keeping the client informed, aligned, and confident in the work. I serve as the connective tissue between the client and internal teams across media, PR, policy, creative, and social media. I’m leading weekly status meetings, delivering progress reports, and managing timelines across multiple campaign workstreams simultaneously.

Experiential Events

I lead the end-to-end planning and execution of 160+ large-scale experiential events reaching over 200K consumers statewide. This involves everything from vetting event partners and managing vendor communications to coordinating brand ambassadors, tracking hard goods, and delivering weekly client-facing status reports.

Production

I manage video and broadcast productions (from pre-production through post-production). This includes supporting script development, managing on-set client communication, and coordinating media trainings. I also develop client-facing production schedules and campaign briefs to ensure every production runs smoothly and meets both creative and client expectations.

Partnership & Sponsorship Management

I manage my clients’ sports media sponsorships, specifically the LA Dodgers (MLB), overseeing partnership activation and ensuring every deliverable, logo inclusions, custom stadium signage, social media posts, radio, TV spots, player photoshoots, and more, are executed on time and to standard.

Social Media

I review content calendars, provide feedback on copy and posts, develop ad hoc assets, and monitor channels to ensure the content is accurate, on-brand, and goes live without any complications. I also implemented a tracking process to help the team stay on top of scheduled posts and flag anything that needs attention.

Media & PR Support

I coordinate added-value media interviews by managing communication between internal teams and media partners, tracking everything in a master tracker, and making sure the client always has the details they need. I also support PR initiatives by developing flyers, social assets, and event materials as needed.

Other Tasks

Beyond the main pillars of my role, a lot of my day-to-day involves keeping the team and the client running smoothly behind the scenes. I handle expense reports, submit receipts, and process vendor invoices to make sure the financials stay on track. I also coordinate travel logistics for the team, write meeting minutes for internal meetings, and keep our shared drive organized so nothing gets lost in the shuffle. On top of that, I manage the master event calendar, submit creative requests, track deliverables through project management tools, and update the team's onboarding guide monthly. It's the kind of work that doesn't always get the spotlight, but without it, everything else would fall apart.
